Presents for our puppies? 

 With so many new puppies having arrived over the past couple of days, I missed writing about other happenings leading up to Christmas.  

I'm sure I don't need to remind you that our Homing Centres are open every single day of the year, and that includes all of the major holidays like Christmas and New Year, and if you have the time and would like to donate a gift for the dogs,  we're always happy to receive treats (the real meat ones please).  These are luxury items that we can't really afford to buy, and we love to be able to spoil the dogs with these extras.  The puppies also love to gnaw on hard chews like cow hooves, and it keeps them occupied for a long time as well as helping with teething.  So thank you in advance if you will be dropping by with presents for the dogs (or our staff of course), as we really appreciate the kindness.

Thankfully we have found foster homes for all of the new babies, and they'll be just right for adoption once the holidays are over, so it's perfect timing really.

We are thrilled to announce an exciting new project that combines the joy of art with the spirit of giving during this festive season. Art for Paws - Christmas Sales Edition is a unique opportunity to acquire beautiful artworks while supporting our mission to rescue and rehabilitate stray and abandoned dogs.

We are incredibly grateful to our adopter and talented artist Winnie Tsang and her friend Tracy Lo, who have generously donated a stunning collection of paintings. These captivating artworks were previously showcased at the Hong Kong Geneart Society Chinese and Western Painting Exhibition. Now, we are delighted to bring them to you at The Learning Lab in Causeway Bay.

This Christmas Sales Edition of Art for Paws offers art enthusiasts and dog lovers alike the opportunity to admire and purchase these remarkable paintings. Each artwork carries a minimum donation price of $2000, and all proceeds will directly benefit HKDR's rescue operations, medical care, and adoption programs.
