Today's doorstep delivery |
It really never ends, and today there were two new puppy arrivals, with potentially another five on the way if we can find foster homes for them. At least there's no bottle feeding involved as judging from the photos I was sent these are just old enough to be able to eat by themselves, so if you can help please email Cindy at foster@hongkongdogrescue.com.

We'll need foster homes for these pups |
Puppy Suzy was the one chosen to join Lucy at Whiskers N Paws, replacing Percy who's now very happily settling into his new family life. I don't know what the weather is going to be like on Sunday for the regular puppy party, but I hope the older girls and boys can be outside on the terrace so the younger pups don't get bullied, but it's really impossible to know when those blasts of rain are going to come down. We've got a wide age-range of puppies available, with the youngest and newest (leaving aside today's pair) being Sylvie, with the "A" litter not much older. I'm also very drawn to Rufus, who was a sickly pup when he first arrived but has been getting better and stronger as the days pass. I think he's gorgeous.

Also on Sunday, if you're looking for something older than a puppy, there's another small event you can go to: ❤️🔥This Sunday!❤️🔥 Come see our amazing mongrels from HKDR Tai Po Homing Centre rocking PRIVATE i PETS in Causeway Bay again!
Date: 8 Aug 2021 (Sun)
Time: 2pm - 4pm
Venue: PRIVATE i PETS - 1/F, 10 Cleveland Street, Causeway Bay (Gloucester Road Main Entrance)
* If you are planning to adopt an HKDR dog, please complete the Adoption Questionnaire on our website before coming to the event: https://hongkongdogrescue.com/adopt/adoption-questionnaire/
I know a lot of people read my blog to get first-hand news of any potential new small dogs coming in, and today I got a surrender reqiest for a white pomeranian boy, not old, but probably not a child-friendly dog. I'll be able to confirm by tomorrow I hope.
