Fri 15th March: All ready for their new homes

The three new arrivals

Another week has flown by, but I look forward to weekends because that's when we have the most visitors to the Homing Centres, as well as Whiskers N Paws on Sunday afternoons for the regular Puppy Parties.  With luck at least some of those visitors will be leaving with their new family member, and there's plenty of choice for sure.  Whether you're looking for small, large, or somewhere in between, we've got it! Here are some of our lovely Tai Po dogs  Tai Po Available Dogs (Mar 2024) while at our Kennedy Town Centres (Brilliant Court and North Street) there's also a huge variety, including three new arrivals. We had been promised that these were all very small, but the fluffy girl is a small-medium, and only the boy with the adorable grumpy face is what I would call a very small dog.  Hopefully there will be some space freed up over the next couple of days.
This very small boy is adorable

This girl is more small-medium than small

With so many dogs having arrived recently it's taken a while to get them all checked by a vet and licensed, and I joined the van taking several of them to AFCD today because one of the Lamma dogs also needed to have a license update.  This was Damson, also called Dau Dau, a little shiba inu girl who has been with us for several years now, since she was an older puppy in fact.
This boy is also small

Bumper is 4 years old (boy)

With everything now having been done in readiness for adoption, I would like to re-introduce some of the newer dogs, with their ages.  French bulldog Bumper and poodle Buzzy are two that I think will be popular.

Buzzy is only 2 years old

Before arranging to meet the dogs, please complete the questionnaire so we can recommend the dogs that will best suit your home and situation. It's at www.hongkongdogrescue.com/adopt/adoption-questionnaire/.

Another lovely dog who's in need of a new family is Staffy-cross Patsy, a wonderful and gentle girl who's currently in a foster home.  Although doing very well, the foster parent feels it's unfair to let Patsy settle in to the extent that uprooting her again will be very hard for her.  Patsy would love to have a family who are around a lot as she loves attention and affection.
