Sat 2nd Jan: A funny kind of day

It was a strange day today with lots of visitors and enquiries, but mostly for smaller dogs which we don't currently have many of although we should see new arrivals on Sunday.  I don't have details yet, but there is a French bulldog who was originally adopted from us a few years ago and who's in need of a new home.  Max is now seven years old and not with us at the Homing Centre, so anyone interested please complete the adoption questionnaire if not already done and we will try to arrange a ditect home-to-home adoption. the questionnaire is at www.hongkongdogrescue.com/adopt/adoption-questionnaire/

I was very happy to be given a proper camera for Christmas and am now ready to start taking photos of the Lamma dogs that are being sponsored via the Lifesaver Club, something that was very difficult using just my phone camera.   If you want to know more about how to "adopt" a Lifesaver Club dog and what the options are, please contact our volunteer Ellen at lifesaver@hongkongdogrescue.com for details.  We usually ask for sponsorship of our long-termers, and if you want to choose a dog you can go through the selection on our website www.hongkongdogrescue.com/dogs/ or just ask Ellen to nominate one for you.
