Sat 8th May: This is what home looks like

Bert leaving Ap Lei Chau

Puppy Bert and senior shih tzu Yoyo were adopted today from our Ap Lei Chau Homing Centre and the follow-up "we're home" photos speak for themselves.
Being adopted is tiring!

A home and a haircut later

Also going home from Tai Po was another puppy, Sundae, and I'm sure she's also going to be just as loved.

Sundae was staying at Tai Po

Tizzy was adopted and is doing well

There was news about the nine "T" puppies who were moved to ALCVC for quarantine after the parvovirus scare, and all are hanging in there with some doing better than others but only Tickle still really not well.   All are being treated with a combination of conventional and TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) as Dr Denise is a holistic vet, so they're getting the best of both options.

Sunday is Whiskers N Paws day again of course, and we have plenty of puppies to satisfy demand, with more up-and-coming in foster care.  Of those the "P Litter" are already starting to move, with Prissy and Pesto adopted together and hopefully the same for Pickle and Penny.  Even better, both homes are near to each other so there can be fun playtimes ahead.  That leaves only Percy and Pringle available from this litter of smaller-sized pups.

Please complete the adoption questionnaire if interested in any of our dogs and puppies: www.hongkongdogrescue.com/adopt/adoption-questionnaire/

This was when the puppies came to us
