Sun 15th Oct: Puppy or adult?

Two new puppies arrrived at our Ap Lei Chau Homing Centre today, and while we'd been expecting them and had a foster home ready to take the pair, judging from their full set of (baby) teeth it seemed they were older than first assumed.  I hope it means they'll be medium sized adults because almost all of our adoption enquiries are for small-medium dogs or puppies.  We don't currently have any small-sized puppies just in case you were looking.

Also quite small sized for standard mixed breeds are sisters Kiki and Mandy, and as mentioned before they seem to love our poodles.  Perhaps in their previous home there was a poodle living there, who knows, but look at these pretty sisters cuddled up with Jester.  Happily for hom, but sadly for the two puppies, Jester will be going off to his new home soon so Titus will have to take over babysitting duties.

Zack was today's lucky Tai Po dog and he left with his new family to start a new life.  We still have so many lovely dogs and older puppies at Tai Po who would make great family dogs, and with them being a bit older you don't have to deal with all the puppy training.  It's been a while since I last had puppies living in my house, and while they are gorgeous and sweet in so many ways, my chewed furniture will forever be a reminder of what those little teeth can get into.

Please remember to complete the adoption qustionnaire if you want to come and meet the dogs or puppies at either Homing Centre.  It's at www.hongkongdogrescue.com/adopt/adoption-questionnaire/
