 Quite coincidentally, the adoption number for the past few months has been forty four, which I know is supposed to be unlucky but it's certainly the opposite for those dogs and puppies included on the list.  Anyway this month we only made it to forty three, but that's not counting the trials and adoptions in the pipeline so it could be higher by the time they're all completed, and February got off to a great start today with puppies Dido, Sophie, Diesel and Stella being adopted.  We also got in a new puppy from AFCD which we'd been told was a shih tzu, but when Chickie arrived it was clear she was some sort of gorgeous mix.  We have a long list of adopters waiting for small-sized puppies and the lucky family had been on the list for a very long time, and by the afternoon Chickie had already left with them. 

Dido was also adopted today

Arriving from AFCD with the puppy Chickie were two other dogs, one adult and the other more of a doglet, and they're now at Tai Po hoping to get onto February's adoption list.    Another almost-new arrival left today for a trial with the resident dog and that was the doberman Tyler.
