Thurs 17th June: Follow-up photos

Lucky Orlando went home today

Two items of news I'd already mentioned, but to which I can now attach photos, are the adoption of puppy Orlando and the arrival of surrendered old lady Maltese, now called Esther.

Esther would love a foster home

We'd love Esther to be able to go to a foster home if at all possible, or even better to be adopted for her final years of life.  She'll be seeing a vet on Friday to assess her health condition, and it would be lovely if she didn't have to come back to our Kennedy Town Homing Centre afterwards.  If you can take care of Esther please let Cindy know by emailing foster@hongkongdogrescue.com.

Cindy is also the person to contact if you want to meet any of the puppies currently in foster homes, once again listed below with links to photos and Instagram accounts if applicable.

I'm relieved to say that there are some of the larger Tai Po dogs on the adoption radar, and as excited as I am about the prospect of any of them being adopted I need to wait for confirmation before sharing names.   We have hundreds of dogs waiting to be noticed, and hopefully chosen, and I know that it's hard to pick just one of them, but in doing so you will change that dog's whole life in a way that's impossible to describe in words.
