Zara and her new daddy |
As I mentioned in yesterday's post, following the puppy party at Whiskers N Paws I started to receive enquiries about some of the hopefuls that had been present at the event, and Zara was one of the lucky ones that was chosen. She was picked up today, while another older puppy, Colin, also found himself a wonderful family. Names haven't been added to the album of photos from Sunday, but as a reminder here they are again Puppy Adoption Day 8th May 2022.
Colin was also chosen |
Little Duke and sister Daphne |
On top of young Digby staying in his foster home forever, a further two foster puppies were confirmed as being adopted today, again by their now-Failed Foster. Theo and Taki are the lucky pair, and like Digby they will never know any other family other than the ones who cared from them from the very start of their lives.
Only Toppy and Trent are left from this litter |
Other than the available puppies I've shown for the past couple of days, there's a long list of up-and-coming youngsters (above) who are currently just a bit too young to join the Sunday events, but it won't be long. They also came to us as newborns, and have spent their first weeks in loving foster care.
If you are interested in meeting any of these puppies in their foster homes, please start by completing the questionnaire and then Cindy can arrange a day and time for you. Some of those listed (like Debbie, Digby, Adam, Amanda, Kelly, Dougie, Theo and Taki) have already been adopted.
Thomas |
Small dogs Thomas and Tanner came back from their foster home today, much to the delight of Tessa, who had been part of the original group that came to us. All three are now happily playing together at our Kennedy Town Homing Centre, and as I've mentioned many times these dogs need to be adopted as a pair, or to a home where there's already another dog.
