Mon 2nd Jan: Getting the year off to a good start

Tiffin was adopted on Saturday
After a long struggle with broadband problems Semirah finally managed to get the Saturday puppy afternoon photos published, and thanks to volunteer Marco Lam for a beautiful set   Puppy Adoption Day 31 December 2016 — at Whiskers and Paws

Although I'd previously managed to grab a couple of adoption photos, I didn't have one of Tiffin or Marla's whole family, so here they are:

It was a good day at Tai Po, and I'm not just talking about the amazing weather (but wasn't it incredible?).  New boy Porter was adopted in the morning, with Marsha leaving for her forever home later in the afternoon. Both dogs are such sweet characters and I'm sure they'll settle very quickly.

Porter didn't have to wait long

At Ap Lei Chau there weren't any adoptions, but Scruffy and Nancy were invited to Whiskers N Paws for a grooming session and now the name Scruffy is something of a misnomer.   We are still hoping for a home for these two dogs as a pair as they are closely bonded, and really having two small dogs is no trouble at all in terms of space, feeding or walking.

We are also still waiting for a double home for the pair of King Charles spaniels, and again there is really not much difference in having two as opposed to just one.
