Sun 16th April: A "surprise" party

There were lots of old friends at WNP today

I'll start by saying a big thank you to everyone who came to my "surprise" late birthday party at Whiskers N Paws, and some of you who looked through the set of photos for the afternoon will already have seen a lot of human party shots included.  These have since been separated from the puppy photos, as they're after all the real stars of the show, and the party photos will be posted again later for anyone interested.  For now here are the puppies Puppy Adoption Day 16th April 2023, with many thanks to Benjamin Po who was the volunteer photographer for the day.

Sophie's new family

There was one adoption, the sister of puppy Susie who was the lucky one last Sunday, so now only little Speedy is left from that particular trio.  We do still have a lot of smaller, or small-medium sized puppies available, as most of the large group that spent their early weeks at Elgin Street are going to be medium sized adults at most.
Percy settled right in

Ali at WNP today

Coincidentally a few of the Elgin Pups, as they are still called, were adopted overseas, with Frankie already in Singapore, Percy having just arrived in the United States and already very settled, and Ali almost certainly heading for England very soon.  These lucky pups were chosen by ex-Hongkongers who specifically wanted a Hong Kong dog even if they are now living in different countries.   Looking at the photos and video of Percy, it's hard to believe he had almost just stepped out of his crate after a very long journey, so if you're worried about your dog on a flight, be assured that they can handle it quite well.

Samantha is adopted

I almost forgot another adoption, this time for a puppy that's staying in Hong Kong, and that's gorgeous terrier Samantha.  She was almost in and out, which is just as I had guessed it would be.
Goofy

Now let's see how long adorable Goofy will stay before being snapped up.

Axel today

Also in the fuzzy-faced category are Archer, his brother Axel, and maybe-sister Avia, although she's a small-sized puppy girl.

I also want to mention another smaller puppy who has such a funny Yoda face.  His name is Parker, and in case you want to meet him he's staying at our Kennedy Town Centre, 13-19 North Street.
