Thurs 9th Jan: New arrivals and then some

I'm pretty sure these poodles are from the same home
The new dogs and puppies were picked up from AFCD Sheung Shui today and I collected them from Acorn once they'd been checked and vaccinated, giving them names at the same time.  It's only a guess but I think the two young poodles came from the same home, while the older one, a boy, already had the name of Charlie, which I kept.

One of the puppies, Sidney, is already a big boy so he got straight down to playing with the others at the Homing Centre, while the younger and smaller one, Nancy, hit it off with already-resident Lisa.  We were so happy to see Lisa have a friend because there aren't any other puppies of her age and size after all of her siblings were adopted, and she's a special case because she has some neurological tics that make her twitch slightly.  We had her tested for distemper and that was negative, and hopefully it's something that she'll grow out of as she gets older.

Just as these new arrivals were settled and sorted, Kaz of Freedom Rides - Hong Kong came to drop off four more puppies, a couple very similar to ones we'd taken in before and all really adorably cute.  I haven't got names for them all yet, but the only boy is Kit.
Kit is the only boy

If you're interested in adopting any of the dogs or puppies please complete the adoption questionnaire as a first step: www.hongkongdogrescue.com/adopt/adoption-questionnaire/
