Sat 3rd Dec: The smaller ones

The first of the smaller-sized litter of "S" puppies was adopted today, and it was Sophie who was chosen.  She will have an already-resident dog to show her how things work in her new home, and that makes everything so much easier for everyone.
You can see Sophie here with her mother Stella

As a reminder, these puppies came with their mother, a small-sized dog we called Stella, so we know that at least some of her babies will grow to be small adults too, while others may be bigger.

There's quite a variety of colours in this litter

The other smaller dogs currently with us at Kennedy Town (North Street) Centre are three year-old Binky and Barbie, who came to us with pups Billy and Bosco.  At first I wondered if they were related, but then remembered that I was told the two adults had already been spayed so the pups can't be theirs.  Either way, they're all lovely.

We also still have some smaller puppies that are somewhat older than these youngsters, and they're Jude, Josh and Austin, all quite shy with strangers and needing to be in a home where there are other dogs. Aaron, another small and older puppy who was recently adopted, is doing really well in his new home where he has two four-legged friends to hang out with.
