Sun 22nd Sept: Photo marathon

The tables are set and ready for guests to arrive
We've got lots of photos for you to browse through today, both from the Whiskers N Paws afternoon and the Bohemian Rhapsody event at the Aberdeen Marina Club on Saturday, so I'll start with the latter.  I haven't had the time to go through and label them yet but guests can have fun picking theselves out from the many fabulous shots:

Obviously the parents were the actual adopters of Cromwell
I'll jump to Whiskers N Paws next, where there was one confirmed adoption of lucky first-timer sharpei puppy Cromwell, and two fosters with a view to adoption; Kerry and Eliza.  We also had a lovely Twopresents donation to celebrate a tenth birthday, but the name wasn't written on the Giant Cheque so I'll need to confirm the name of the lovely donor.

The photos posted on today's blog are by Rodger So and this is the whole set
Sailor is the puppy but we don't have the donor's name
 Puppy Adoption Day 22 September 2019 - Part 2

We had three photographers volunteering for the afternoon so you can enjoy going through the separate albums.

We had two lovely small-sized adults at Whiskers N Paws today, 3 year-old sisters Beauty and Angel.  They were found as strays being attacked by large dogs and were rescued by their current foster.  Both are exceptionally sweet-natured, happy and friendly girls, well socialised and are obviously abandoned family pets. They seem to be sisters and are very attached so we wants them to stay together.  If you're interested in this sweet pair please email Cindy at foster@hongkongdogrescue.com to arrange a meeting.
Beauty and Angel love people and other dogs

Barry was the day's lucky dog at Tai Po as he want home with his new family, with thanks from all of us for choosing him.

It was gradutaion day for the students - two and four-legged - taking part in the Positive Partners training course at Whiskers N Paws, and it's always lovely to see our ex-HKDR dogs and puppies again.  These courses are run monthly and classes are small so everyone gets the full attention they need.
