Tues 16th May: Poodles, poodles and more poodles

Lucky poodle Donna was adopted today

 Imogen attracted a lot of attention after her photo was shared on our Facebook and Instagram pages and I hope she finds the best home, but she's just one of many poodles with staying at our Kennedy Town Centre in North Street (Della and Dusty), our Elgin Street Centre (Bee, Tara and Tatum), in foster homes, or due to come to us on Thursday.  There are four new poodles due to arrive, and while we have photos and weight, we don't know how old they are. 

Roo is a very sweet boy

The poodles that are already with us should be shown on our website www.hongkongdogrescue.com/dogs/ and you can search under Poodle or by name.  We have Rebel (you can see her on Instagram @sweet_pawtatoe), Isla, Roo and Marcus (plus Imogen), with Della staying at North Street.  The other two ex-breeder poodles who came with Tara and Tatum are Tina and Twiggy, and they're also in foster homes waiting for their knee surgeries.

In addition, Bee (15 years, boy), Tatum (4 years, girl)  and Tara (3 years, girl) are staying at 22 Elgin Street as office assistants. 

The still-to-arrive poodles are three girls and one boy, and I have to think of names before they arrive.  Here are their photos, but of course they may not look like that when they actually come to us. 

There are still more small dogs in the group arriving on Thursday, and I have to share this photo of one of them as I think this girl is so special. 

Is this a Scottie?

You can see lots of new photos of many different smaller dogs and puppies uploaded all the time at hkdr_eagle, including this gorgeous boy Dylan.  I was sure he'd be snapped up as soon as he arrived, as he's young and amazing, but I'm guessing it won't be long before he finds his forever family.
