Sat 2nd April: A good news days

Lily was pretty much in-and-out

Today was a good news day, with lots of enquiries and puppy interviews arranged for Sunday, and two such meetings taking place today with positive results.  One was for chihuahua-cross Lily, a recently surrendered puppy who went straight to a perfect foster home where her personality could be assessed  (sweet and very playful).  Lily's soon-to-be-adopter thought she was just right for him, so that's one lucky puppy sorted.
Austin was chosen today

The other successful interview was for Austin, an older puppy, so he too is now off the available list.

More puppy adoptions that have been confirmed after meetings are sisters Lyra and Lizzie, and older puppy Nero.  Leo and Luna have their own Facebook post if you'd like to see more photos and videos.

Lizzie and Lyra have been chosen from this litter

If Sunday's meeting go as well as today's I'll have the satisfying task of deleting names from the available-in-foster list, which in any case needs updating as more puppies can be added.  In fact the litter of four that's proving to be very popular hadn't even made it to the list yet, and it was the Facebook and Instagram posts that resulted in a flurry of enquiries.

These are very popular puppies

Super-sweet Opal

I don't want to miss the many young and very lovely dogs and older puppies who are staying at our Tai Po Homing Centre. Richie and Opal are two who were adopted from HKDR as young puppies and for different reasons are now in need of homes again.  They're both incredibly sweet-natured, with no behaviour issues at all and they would be fine with children.

Richie is large sized but very gentle
