Weds 11th Dec: Christmas is coming and so are more puppies

With the new small dogs Midge, Alice and Smiley all settling well at our Ap Lei Chau Homing Centre, and proving to be as lovely in temperament as any dog could be, news came that Midge's sister will also be joining us on Friday, along with another poodle (not related to Smiley).  So as I keep saying, dogs come in all the time so keep checking.

On Thursday we'll be taking in new puppies and a young female Jack Russell terrier from AFCD, and they'll all go straight to Acorn for their health checks and vaccinations before coming to the Homing Centre.  The puppies are young so foster homes are really needed if at all possible, and you probably know the email by now - it's foster@hongkongdogrescue.com, and Cindy is the volunteer Foster Coordinator.

We've been invited to attend an event on Saturday at Wong Chuk Hang, close to our Ap Lei Chau Homing Centre, but we need volunteers to help man the stall and puppies if possible.  Please email eva@hongkongdogrescue.com if you can help out, and yes, it's very last minute but that's how we roll.

On Sunday we'll be at Whiskers N Paws as always, and to wrap up this year at Concordia Pet Care in Happy Valley, you can come and meet the small dogs and puppies on Saturday 21st December.

Remember our special Christmas offer which means you can choose and adopt your puppy and them take him or her home after the holidays if you're going to be out of town for a while.  We don't normally agree to doing this but we know many families want to choose a puppy now but will be going away for Christmas.
